Networking was the key at the Ponderosa. Like many business owners, motel operators are a tight knit group. Again we specified the NEC DSX phone system to meet their needs, as it provides an automated attendant, and remote programming functionality built in, which is perfect for their market. 

Installation was more complex this time, however when the cut over date arrived, down time was limited to under 2 hours.  Installation was completed and in a follow up visit we installed a remote ringer so the staff could be notified anywhere in the premises when the front door was opened.
